Lisa has over 23 years of continuous board level experience in Executive and Non-Executive roles, at both listed and private companies. Most recently she was founding Director of Local World plc, which after less than three years was acquired by Trinity Mirror in December 2015 for over £220m, delivering shareholder returns in excess of 325%. Previously Lisa spent six years as COO of Yattendon Group, a private conglomerate and nine years as Corporate Development Director at Chrysalis Group plc, the media group. At the time of joining Chrysalis Group plc in 1994, Lisa was reported by the Financial Times to be the youngest female Director of a listed UK company.
As well as being Non-Executive Director of Alpha FX Group plc, Lisa currently holds the same position at Albert Technologies Limited, a software company operating in the high growth online advertising market, as well as at Magic Light Pictures, a leading childrens’ film and television production company. She began her career in the City as an Investment Analyst at County Natwest.
